Today's Progress was Yesterday's plan 📝

Hi Reader

Wauw, I've been ticking off a lot of boxes on my to-do list these past weeks and it feels damn good 😀 As they say, today's progress was yesterday’s plan, and I’ve definitely seen the results of my planning and preparation. I’m even feeling like I’ve put the playback speed on 1.5x 😅

Having a clear vision of where I want to go has truly contributed to my productivity flow, along with my knack for planning. All of this has made a huge difference in how I manage my time and achieve my goals.

I've been making so much progress on all the projects I'm excited to share with you in the coming months!

In between hosting my first in-person coaching program (which I'm loving) and guiding my 1:1 coaching clients, I've mostly been working on my business!

  • 📸 Photoshoots
  • 📹 Recording videos
  • 📝 Content creation for some incredible new free resources
  • 💻 Website updates
  • and a brand-new free SAY YES TO SUCCESS 4-day challenge!

And now, thanks to all that careful planning and focused work, I’m thrilled to take a well-deserved break. I’m heading to Belgium for a surprise visit 🤫 to celebrate my mom’s 79th birthday! 🎉 Why wait until she’s 80? I'm so glad I planned ahead and stayed on top of things, I can fully enjoy this special time with my family without any stress about my to-do list.

I’ll be back in two weeks, ready to kick off with the launch of the SAY YES TO SUCCESS challenge 💪🏼

View in browser Hi Reader, This morning I joined the Beban Parkrun again. My friend couldn’t make it this week, so I was prepared to run on my own, go slowly, and really try to stay within my heart rate zones to build more stamina. Which currently means quite a bit more walking than jogging 😏 And let me tell you, sticking to those zones while people are happily running past you is harder than it sounds. But anyway, that’s not actually what this story is about. At some point, while I was...

View in browser Hi Reader, On one of my latest jogs, I was just minding my own business. Which, if we're being honest, means I was giving myself silent pep talks. This is for a good cause. You'll feel great when you're back home. Stop whining, you literally chose to do this. Nobody pointed a gun to your head, Peggy. You know. Normal jog thoughts 😅 Then, out of absolutely nowhere… I found myself doing my best karate moves. Right there. In the middle of the trail. Because I had just run...

View in browser Hi Reader, Last Saturday, I found myself running out the door in a hurry. I had to get to my IELTS test on time. (No, it's not a contagious disease, don't worry 😅 It's one of the official English language tests you can take to sort out documents. In my case, for my Canadian Post Graduate Work Permit.) Once I was on the road, I did what I usually do when I'm driving: I reached for my phone to call my mom. Except… my phone wasn't there. It was still at home 🙃 There was no time...
