The Life List: Master Every Moment and Live an Audacious Life by Kate Christie is a motivational guide for women seeking to design a fulfilling life. After facing personal challenges, including the loss of a partner and children growing up, Christie created a "life list" to outline her aspirations and experiences. The book encourages readers to identify what truly matters, set ambitious goals, and embrace lifeโ€™s possibilities. Christie provides actionable steps to help individuals live boldly and authentically, emphasizing that life should be lived by design, not by default.
